Advanced Staffing, Inc. works with all sizes of business, from small independent companies to large national corporations.

What kinds of jobs are available?
We currently offer opportunities in the Clerical, Industrial and Technical and we also provide Executive Recruiting.

Does Advanced Staffing, Inc. offer only Temp jobs?
Absolutely not.  Advanced Staffing, Inc. offers several kinds of working opportunities. Some of our assignments are temp-to-hire. This allows both you and the client a chance to determine whether a particular job is a good fit.

How can I apply?                                                                                                                    
Apply here on our website. Once you have submitted your application and resume there is no need to call or email us. A Staffing Coordinator will only call you if your skills and work history meets the requirements of our Client’s order. 
When we have a position that appears to be a good fit, a Staffing Coordinator will give you a call to discuss the opportunity.  We will determine at that time if you should come into our office for an interview.

Do I need to re-submit for other opportunities?
No. Once you have successfully submitted your application and resume we will retain your information for 2 years from the date you first applied

My resume information has changed since I last submitted my information.
How do I update your records?
You must submit a new application and resume.

What should I bring to my Advanced Staffing, Inc. interview?
When the Staffing Coordinator calls for you to come to our office they will ask you to bring a copy of your resume and two forms of identification that shows who you are and that you have a right to work in the U.S.

Will my skills be tested?
To ensure that you're the right candidate for the demands of a specific job, we may assess your skills and characteristics in order to place you in an environment in which you'll be successful.

How long will it take to place me in a position?
It depends on the needs of our clients as well as your marketability, including your skills, availability, and flexibility. Some new employees are offered assignments immediately.
